SELF-PERFORMING.

Multi-Site Execution.

Owner-led crews delivering plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and maintenance under one operating standard.

NEW YORK - CHICAGO - LOS ANGELES - MIAMI - PUERTO RICO

What we self-perform

We don’t farm this out. Our own crews fix leaks, replace fixtures, run lines, clear failures, and finish the job without excuses. When water’s the problem, we’re already on it—and we don’t leave until it’s done right.

We do our own electrical work. Troubleshooting, repairs, lighting, panels, circuits, and controls. No middlemen. No guesswork. When power goes down or systems fail, our crews handle it safely, cleanly, and to code—end of story.

We handle the work that breaks schedules and burns time. Doors, fixtures, hardware, patching, mounting, repairs—done right, done fast. No excuses, no callbacks, no waiting weeks for “availability.” We show up, fix it, and move on to the next problem.

owner-led

multi-market

standardized

We had crossed paths for years—working for the same national clients, often on the same facilities, just in different markets.

Too many layers.
Too many handoffs.
Too many people between the customer and the work.

So we aligned.

And built it, the right way.

ONE STANDARD. EVERY CITY.

COMMON CULTURE. URGENT SUPPORT.

Primero isn’t a network of vendors.
It’s owner-led trade companies operating under one operating standard.

Every market runs real crews.
Every crew works to the same expectations.
And every job has an owner who stands behind it.

There’s no regional middle layer.
No call center buffering the work.
No handoffs between people who don’t know the site.

When something breaks, the response is immediate.
When it’s fixed, it’s finished.

  • Centralized, owner-designed communications teams

  • Project managers who know the field—and the field that knows them

  • Technicians and senior field leaders deployed where volume and urgency demand

  • Integrated after-hours response, planned and staffed internally

  • One shared information backbone across jobs, sites, and cities

  • Customer standards enforced the same way, everywhere

  • Volume purchasing power without sacrificing field judgment

No regional middle layers. No call-center buffering.

No handoffs to people who don’t know the site.

When something breaks, the response is immediate.
When it’s fixed, it’s finished.

Local ownership.
National consistency.
One standard—everywhere.

Open sites. Active crews. No margin for error.
